Where We Ship
FullBento ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners located in Japan.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times (Estimates)
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–21 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
- Other Regions: Delivery times may vary by country
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual shipping durations may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, or other carrier-related issues.
Tracking & Signature
All shipments include tracking. For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. FullBento does not prepay or reimburse these charges.
Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Due to the nature of our curated, international product sourcing, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you receive is:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped)
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on item availability.
In some cases, the customer may be required to return the item to our fulfillment partner in Japan. Return shipping costs in such cases may be the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are opened or used
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect addresses submitted by the buyer
- Delays caused by customs or international shipping
